BUTTOCK SURGERY

INNER THIGH
LIFT

Firms and remodels legs particularly the inner thigh. Often combined with buttock firming and flank remodelling. It can also be combined with lateral thigh lifting performing a “circumferential lifting” extended to entire circumference of the pelvis. This surgical procedure is indicated for sagging inner thighs due to massive weight loss or aging.
The lifting of the thigh requires incisions which, starting from the groin region reaches the inner side of the root of the thighs. Through these incisions, the skin of the thighs and eventually of the buttocks, is stretched upwards and anchored securely with deep sutures and the excess fat is removed. The scars are thin and not much visible and can be easily covered with normal panties. The circumferential lifting of the thighs results in the scars being extended along the whole pelvis in relation to the line of the girdle of the two hips. As for the inner thigh lift, both the internal and external skin of the thighs is stretched upwards.
Both these surgical procedures are done under general anaesthetic with one overnight for inner thigh lift and two overnights for “circumferential lift” of the thighs.
A girdle must be worn for 4 to 6 weeks.
